Mark Gray is Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain of Supply Leadership Administration & Management LLC, or SLAM, the supply chain cooperative established for the Denny’s system. A seasoned supply chain and financial executive, Gray has earned a reputation for proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and translating them into stronger operational performance.

Gray has spent more than three decades with Denny’s Corporation, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility across finance, procurement, supply chain planning, sourcing, distribution, and logistics. Most recently, as Senior Director of Distribution & Logistics, he has overseen the company’s master distributor program including sourcing, negotiations, contract development, and management of a third-party distribution program supporting approximately 1,500 locations. He also previously oversaw supply chain and sourcing activities for Keke’s, a recently acquired emerging brand, working across food and non-food categories and implementing technology solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency across both brands.

Earlier in his career, Gray spent eight years with Ernst & Young, providing financial and operational audit services to clients in the manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries. Gray is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
