Steve Pattison

Steve Pattison

CEO & President

Steve Pattison is Chief Executive Officer & President of Supply Leadership Administration & Management LLC, or SLAM, the supply chain cooperative established for the Denny’s system. In his role, Pattison leads the cooperative with a member-first approach, drawing on his extensive experience to strengthen the supply chain, enhance operational performance, and deliver long-term value for the Denny’s system.

Pattison brings decades of executive leadership experience spanning finance, supply chain, risk management, and franchise operations. Throughout his career, Pattison has helped franchise systems strengthen performance, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value for restaurant owners.

Most recently, Pattison served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Franchise Finance Division at Auxilior Capital Partners, where he supported growth and capital solutions for franchise businesses. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years with Restaurant Services, Inc. (RSI), the independent purchasing and distribution cooperative serving the BURGER KING® system. As Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Analysis and Risk Management, he helped guide the organization with financial discipline, strategic oversight, and a steadfast focus on franchisee profitability. He also served as General Manager of Supply Chain Services, LLC, overseeing sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations.

Earlier in his career, Pattison held senior leadership positions at Burger King Corporation and Sunglass Hut International before beginning his career as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick LLC.

Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer

Brad Clark is Chief Procurement Officer for Supply Leadership Administration & Management (SLAM), where he leads procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, category management, and supply chain initiatives on behalf of the cooperative and its members.

With more than 30 years of experience in restaurant supply chain management, Brad has built a career helping organizations strengthen their procurement capabilities while improving franchise profitability, reducing business risk, and developing high-performing teams. His experience spans Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions (RSCS), the purchasing cooperative for Yum! Brands, P.F. Chang's, Captain D's, Denny's, and now SLAM.

Throughout his career, Brad has managed more than $4 billion in annual purchasing spend and led enterprise sourcing, distribution, forecasting, and supply chain transformation initiatives across national restaurant brands. His leadership has guided organizations through commodity volatility, inflation, global supply disruptions, and the operational challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining continuity of supply and protecting restaurant profitability.

Before joining SLAM, Brad served as Vice President of Procurement and Distribution for Denny's, where he led initiatives that generated more than $11 million in negotiated sourcing savings while helping deliver approximately $50 million in enterprise margin improvement. Beyond financial performance, he transformed the procurement organization by strengthening category strategies, increasing supplier accountability, improving employee engagement, and building a culture focused on urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Brad believes procurement is a strategic business function that creates competitive advantage through disciplined sourcing, supplier innovation, operational excellence, and strong relationships built on accountability and trust. He is passionate about developing future supply chain leaders and believes an organization's greatest long-term advantage comes from investing in its people.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
