Steve Pattison is Chief Executive Officer & President of Supply Leadership Administration & Management LLC, or SLAM, the supply chain cooperative established for the Denny’s system. In his role, Pattison leads the cooperative with a member-first approach, drawing on his extensive experience to strengthen the supply chain, enhance operational performance, and deliver long-term value for the Denny’s system and SLAM members.

Pattison brings decades of executive leadership experience spanning finance, supply chain, risk management, and franchise operations. Throughout his career, Pattison has helped franchise systems strengthen performance, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value for restaurant owners.

Most recently, Pattison served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Franchise Finance Division at Auxilior Capital Partners, where he supported growth and capital solutions for franchise businesses. Prior to this, Pattison spent nearly two decades with Restaurant Services, Inc. (RSI), the independent purchasing and distribution cooperative serving the BURGER KING® system. As Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Analysis and Risk Management, he helped guide the organization through fiscal discipline, strategic insight, and a clear focus of protecting franchisee profitability. During his time there, he also served as General Manager of Supply Chain Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of RSI, where he oversaw critical functions supporting sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain execution.

Earlier in his career, Pattison held various senior-level leadership roles at Burger King Corporation and Sunglass Hut International where he led planning, treasury, forecasting, finance operations, and growth initiatives across the organizations. Before that, he practiced as a CPA for 12 years with KPMG Peat Marwick LLC where he built the strong financial and operations foundation that has long since guided his career.

Now, as CEO of SLAM, Pattison leads the cooperative’s mission to serve the Denny’s system with the same excellence, transparency, and relentless member-first focus that has defined his leadership style. Moreover, Pattison understands that great supply chain organizations do more than simply manage costs. They create value, protect margins, improve service levels, and help restaurants succeed. His selection for this role is unmatched, as his financial expertise, supply chain knowledge, and franchise system experience will work in concert to position the organization for strong and successful growth.
